Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using Taviwo, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your location. If you use the service on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. The service and your licence

Taviwo provides an advertising-supported catalogue of browser games and a player for launching them. The games are operated by, or made available under the control of, Taviwo. Some game URLs remain on temporary delivery infrastructure while the catalogue migrates to the final self-hosted resource origin; this does not make the games third-party content.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment. We may update, suspend, remove, or restrict any part of the service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, rights protection, or service improvement.

3. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not attempt to:

• Use the service unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person's rights.
• Copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the games, website, or other protected material except where mandatory law permits it.
• Use bots, scrapers, automated browsers, scripts, click farms, or other automated means to access the service, generate traffic, or collect information without our written permission.
• Interfere with, bypass, disable, or probe security, access controls, rate limits, game delivery, advertising technology, or site infrastructure.
• Generate, encourage, purchase, or reward invalid impressions, clicks, conversions, installs, or other advertising activity; disguise traffic sources; or otherwise mislead us, Monetag, advertisers, or other users.
• Introduce malware, harmful code, or material that interrupts or degrades the service.

4. Advertising

The service may display advertising supplied by Monetag or another disclosed advertising technology provider. Advertisements are not game controls and should not be mistaken for Start game, fullscreen, or other service actions. You are not required to click an advertisement to play a game.

Advertising partners are responsible for their own advertisements, offers, and linked destinations. We do not endorse or guarantee a third-party advertiser's products or services. Our Privacy Policy explains how advertising technologies may process information and how to exercise available choices.

5. Intellectual property and reports

The Taviwo brand, website design, game catalogue, game content, code, text, graphics, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us or the relevant rights holder.

To report an alleged copyright or rights infringement, email support@taviwo.com with enough detail to identify the material and your claimed rights.

6. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible operation. Game availability may change during maintenance, resource migration, or technical recovery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that rule, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or an advertisement.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately when we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created a security or fraud risk, infringed rights, or exposed us, advertisers, or users to legal harm. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Governing law and disputes

Mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence remains unaffected. Contact us first at support@taviwo.com so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.

10. Changes and contact

We may amend these Terms when the service, advertising setup, game delivery, or law changes. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
